We have submitted the planning application for development of a large site in The Cotswolds. Following success at Wadswick Green, the client appointed us to design a scheme for another contemporary retirement development. This time the central building will be much bigger, incorporating more communal space, a large spa and restaurant. The Wellness Centre is stepped over the topographical contours of the site. A mixture of formal landscaping and meadow planting will help ground the modern architecture in its context.
